Their sights are now set on the United States market and are searching for 2 Regional Sales and Field Development Managers for Central and Eastern United States! Job Overview The Regional Sales and Field Development Manager is responsible for growth, development and training of new and existing PM-International Team Partners for PM-International. This position requires an individual who enjoys building strong relationships with Team Partners, displays extreme confidence in coordinating and implementing field sales and recruiting programs, and has demonstrated a successful track record in developing and growing a direct-selling sales force; increasing field sales volume as well as the number of new Team Partners/ through sales and recruiting training initiatives. This position requires a minimum of five years of experience in training and developing a network marketing field organization. This person should also be capable of recruiting and developing field leaders in new and emerging geographical areas. The position will act as Sales and Field Development Manager and may require traveling to designated regions of the country to conduct recruiting and sales training. This position will also be responsible to facilitate leadership training workshops during evenings and weekends, when required. They have the ability to keep up with new creative technologies, analyze new trends specific to the direct sales industry, and make recommendations to executive leadership, which support the overall strategic business objectives.
This position reports to the PM-International CEO and works closely with the CEO and other Members of the PM-International staff.
Experience and Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications or other relevant field 5 + years marketing experience in the network marketing/direct selling industry Strong Analytical skills Excellent verbal and communication skills Creative, energetic, out of the box thinker Commitment and passion to change lives through the network marketing model Advanced conflict-resolution and negotiation skills with proven people management, team and leadership skills Needs to be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, directed person; ability to build strong, lasting business relationships; ability to understand the Team Partners and customer market trends
Strong Leadership communications and management skills including presentation, analysis and interpretation information, and strategy development and management with a strong emphasis on achieving desired goals.
