The Manager of Sales Support & Training for North America will assist in the creation and development of training and support materials that contribute to sales objectives and overall growth. This includes but is not limited to; events, guides, manuals, print communication, and web-based applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
•Work closely with VP of Sales in the ongoing development and execution of long term and short-term training strategies •Assist in creating, developing and implementing sales and training materials in print, video, podcasts, and on the website. •Update all literature training pieces including Kit collateral, Business Guides, Sponsoring support materials, Leader Success Guide and field support tools. •Update and enhance Coach Carley scripts to coordinate with New Consultant Training material, Brite Start and Leader development. •Ensure Training Centre videos/material on MYBIZ is updated and relevant to current field needs to support training goals and focus. Champion new content and coordinate scripting and recording accordingly. •Recommend, create, and develop content for all Sales related meetings including speaker selection, training, and recognition elements such as Conference, RVP Meetings, Trip, Leader Meetings including speaker selection coupled with pre and post coaching and follow through. •Manage all field-related Sales calls including monthly RVP Calls, FAB meetings, Leader Webinars and field calls including creation of agendas, conferencing details and PowerPoint presentations. Plan Post-call follow-through to ensure materials are updated on MyBiz and other appropriate sites. •Work closely with the BDM’s on identifying field training gaps and what is needed to support growth. •Develop and conduct field task forces or surveys to gather information from all levels (Consultants to SRVP) of Field personnel. Participate in analyses of results to assess current and future Training needs. •Work alongside Global Training Team to ensure alignment and consistency in training focus and message.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education and/or Experience •High school degree or GED •4 to 6 years of Direct Sales (party-plan an asset) business related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of training and relevant business experience. •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint required •Teleconferencing tools such as Zoom and GoToWebinar
Language Skills •Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of people ranging from 10 to 2,000 •French speaking is a plus.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Physical Demands, Including Travel •Attendance at all Sales Team meetings required. •Approx. 20% travel required for field meetings, incentive trips, & conferences
