Digital Product Manager (Consultant Transformation)– Consultant Experience will be the strategic advisor on different stages of our consultant journey which includes our help craft the consultant experience from new consultants thru becoming leaders in the sales field. The primary focus is a global view of the consultant experience and to create a duplicatable model that provides the support needed to ensure their success. This is a highly collaborative role, working with cross functional teams and key stakeholders to deliver desired results.

Strategic Focus on Consultants
Lead consultant experience transformation
Define and improve end to end consultant journey using design thinking, insights analysis, business process improvement, current state and future state journey mapping, detailed requirements gathering and roadmap development
Create roadmaps for consultants based on different stages of selling and act as process owner of our consultants’ journey responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously improving end-to-end journeys
Create consultant roadmap for all stages of a consultant’s progressions with Thirty-one, and own maintaining, improving, and optimizing the experience.
Provide gap assessment and recommendations for improving the consultant experience
Demonstrate consultant experience improvement in performance results through qualitative and quantitative metrics and establish KPIs to measure the performance and impact of reinvented journeys
Regularly leverages data and analytics to refine future retention strategies
Regularly conduct consultant interviews and research to gain insights ability to act as the “voice of the customer”
Omni Channel Selling for Consultants
Manage and refine Thirty-One Gifts omni-channel selling experiences with a hyper focus on digital
Refine the approach to selling channels for both virtual and in person selling
Establish key touchpoints for consultants to connect with their customers to improve sales
Provide subject matter expertise in customer experience technology, solutioning, and emerging technology and translate consultant needs into solutions to help streamline selling to customers
Key partner with technology on field digital tools and roadmap and collaborate and drive alignment with business partners, IT, and leadership to identify emerging customer and business trends and digital needs
Essential Job Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in Customer Experience Design, Lean Design or related experience
Well versed in all aspects of business intelligence, marketing analytics, customer behavior and value. A strong understanding and experience working across modern methods (Design Thinking, Agile, Lean UX)
Proven ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven skills in writing compelling storylines, both in slide and text formats
Proven experience driving customer engagement by creating a compelling digital experience and using customer insights
Experience driving forward custom consumer research efforts (e.g., surveys)
Ability to manage multiple detail-oriented projects and to meet deadlines
Possess strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to glean insights, visualize data, tell a story, and influence strategic direction across the business
Organized, self-starter, strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively and build strong relationships with business partners
Power user of MicroStrategy, Tableau, Excel, Looker, Adobe Analytics, or similar
