Position Details: Title: Regional Sales Manager - NAM (Mandarin) Department: North America Sales Location: Lake Mary, FL Reports To: President of North America
Position Summary: We are looking for a high-performing Senior Regional Sales Manager (Mandarin) to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our Distributor’s potential, implementing sales plans and justifying those plans to Executive Management.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that will expands our company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence • Own the objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of distributors. • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the executive team • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status • Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change • Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives • Maintain and expand customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities • Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors • Implement trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks • Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Position Skills, Education and Experience required:
• Must speak, read, and write both English and Mandarin fluently. • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close • Strong business sense and industry expertise • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
